The Mac Genie LLC exists to fix issues and retrieve data the other techs can’t or won’t, while also providing the best education for future tech strategies and needs. Based in Henderson and serving the greater Las Vegas valley, I help clients who have more at stake than just a computer repair: creative professionals with decades of projects, families with years of photos, and small businesses with archives they still depend on. With over 30 years of experience working with Apple devices, I specialize in what most shops avoid: legacy Mac systems and tricky data formats. That includes classic Mac OS and early macOS, 68k, PowerPC, and early Intel hardware, SCSI, PATA, and SATA drives, and backup formats and applications that most techs rarely encounter let alone recognize. I focus on recovering your data, guiding you through creating a consistent data organization strategy, and ensuring a clean transition to current Macs and storage media so your files remain usable.

I offer in‑home and on‑site visits, careful handling of equipment, and clear communication at every step.
